After a pleasant boat trip of approximately 25 minutes, we will arrive at the famous <strong>Phong Nha Cave<\/strong>, known for its spectacular rock formations and for being one of the most outstanding river caves in <strong>Vietnam<\/strong>. We will have time to explore its interior and admire this extraordinary natural environment.<\/p>\n<p>We have lunch at a local restaurant in <strong>Phong Nha<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon, we will continue the visit in the exciting <strong>Dark Cave<\/strong>, located within the <strong>Phong Nha\u2013Ke Bang National Park<\/strong>. The experience combines adventure and nature: we'll cross the river by kayak, enter the cave, and explore part of its interior equipped with helmets and headlamps. We'll also have the opportunity to enjoy a natural mud bath inside the cave and swim in its underground waters.<\/p>\n<p>Activities included: <strong>mud bath<\/strong>, <strong>zip line<\/strong>, <strong>swimming<\/strong> and <strong>kayak<\/strong>. We recommend bringing a swimsuit and towel.<\/p>\n<p>Important notes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 It is mandatory to wear a bikini (women) or swimsuit (men) for the visit to the <strong>Dark Cave<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Within the <strong>Dark Cave<\/strong> Only waterproof cameras or devices are allowed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 For safety reasons, zip-lining is only permitted for people weighing between 40 and 90 kg.<\/p>\n<p>The excursion includes several sections on foot, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
