Upon our arrival at the international airport of Noi Bai, in Hanoi, we are met and transferred to our hotel to check in.
Our local representative will provide us with the travel documents, a SIM card for each traveler, and the previously requested local currency, as well as answer any questions related to the program.
We have free time to rest after the trip or to start discovering the city on our own.
After breakfast, we begin the visit to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, a city that combines history, tradition and local life.
Our first stop is the Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the oldest in the city, located on the banks of the West Lake, the largest lake in Hanoi.
We continue towards the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh, where we conduct an exterior visit of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. We also visit the Stilt House in Ho Chi Minh, surrounded by tranquil gardens, and the unique Pagoda of the One Pillar, one of the historical symbols of the capital.
Next, we discover the Temple of Literature, considered the first university of Vietnam and one of the most important cultural monuments in the country.
Important note: To visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Temple of Literature, appropriate attire is required, with shoulders and knees covered. Additionally, shoes must be removed to enter certain pagodas.
After lunch, we head to Ninh Binh, a region known for its spectacular landscapes of karst mountains, rivers and rice fields, considered one of the most emblematic natural destinations in the north of Vietnam.
We arrive at Ninh Binh, we then go to the hotel to check in. We have the rest of the time free.
After breakfast, we set off towards Ninh Binh, a region known for its spectacular landscapes of karst mountains, rice paddies and rivers.
Upon our arrival, we visit the Mua Cave, one of the most impressive viewpoints in the area. After climbing its steps, we enjoy magnificent panoramic views over the rice fields, the river Ngo Dong and the karst landscape of Tam Coc, known as the Ha Long Inland Bay.
Next, we take a boat trip on the river Ngo Dong to discover the breathtaking landscapes of Tam Coc, one of the most emblematic landscapes of the region. During the voyage we pass through rice fields and natural caves sculpted by the passage of time.
We have lunch at a local restaurant.
Afterwards, we enjoy a bike ride through the countryside, traveling along quiet country lanes between rice paddies and small local villages until we reach the Bich Dong Pagoda. If you do not wish to make the journey by bicycle, you may travel by vehicle.
We continue with the visit of the Bich Dong Pagoda, a group of temples built on the side of a mountain and considered one of the most representative religious complexes in the region.
After the visits, we return to Hanoi.
We move to the bay of Ha Long To embark on a cruise through this spectacular landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After boarding and a safety briefing, we'll enjoy lunch on board as we sail among the islets and characteristic scenery of the bay. We'll also have the opportunity to stop at a beach area to relax or enjoy a swim.
In the afternoon, we go kayaking, one of the best ways to discover the quieter corners of the bay and admire its impressive karst formations up close.
Back on the cruise ship, we'll have the opportunity to participate in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration organized on board. Dinner will be served on the ship. Afterward, you'll have free time to relax or try your luck with night squid fishing, depending on the conditions and activities planned by the crew.
We begin the day with a Tai Chi session at sunrise while taking in the views of the bay. After breakfast, we visit a limestone cave before returning to the boat for one last look at the bay of Ha Long.
We disembark and return by road to Hanoi.
Next, we travel to the airport of Noi Bai to catch the domestic flight to Da Nang.
Upon our arrival at the airport of Da Nang, our driver will transfer us to the hotel in Hoi An to check in. We have the rest of the time free to relax or start discovering the city at our own pace.
We have a free day in Hoi An to enjoy the city at our own pace.
We can relax at the hotel, stroll through its charming streets adorned with colorful lanterns, or discover the tranquil atmosphere that characterizes one of the most beautiful cities in Vietnam.
We recommend exploring Hoi An's Old Town, considered one of the best-preserved in Southeast Asia. Its streets reflect the influence of Japanese, Chinese, and European cultures, a testament to the city's importance as an international trading port between the 16th and 18th centuries.
We can also visit some of its most emblematic places, such as the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly, the Tan Ky House, or simply enjoy the atmosphere by the river.
We also have time to explore the local market and traditional tailor shops in Hoi An, where we can order the famous Ao Dai or other custom-made garments.
Optional: Ba Na Hills.
We will move to Ba Na Hills, where we will take a cable car to the top to enjoy spectacular panoramic views.
We will discover some of the most emblematic places in the complex, such as the Linh Ung Pagoda, the panoramic gardens and the famous Golden Bridge, supported by two enormous stone hands. We will also have time to stroll through the European-inspired areas and enjoy the mountain atmosphere.
We have free time until check-out time (usually 12:00 PM or earlier).
At the agreed time, we travel to the international airport of Da Nang to catch our international flight back home.
We've reached the end of our trip. We say goodbye hoping you've enjoyed this experience and the services we've provided.
